One of the best loli artists NOT on ATF. Wish he wouldn’t hide out out pixiv as his photo set are just gorgeous. Where do the Japanese loli artist hang out at (besides pixiv?). Many great animations on his blog too!
金魚
I came across two of the cutest lolicon scenes in Neo from 金魚. Those 2 scenes became part of an upcoming tribute video I made. With such a great start I hope to see more from this great creator although he’s just as willing to do buxom teens too.

野暮天ダー has a load of scenes with futanari, tentacles, bbw, and pregnant girls. Insane action that will blow your mind. Clips too!!

Qaswer has had a steady output of original cuties he’s designed plus loads of videos and photos of each. A consistent poster who knows how to make the cutest lolis.
Rufid
Rufid has done a variety AV Debut adaptions on ATF. While we haven’t seen him around in 2017, he was quite the cutie character maker early on at ATF.
Ulithium_Dragon
We have to mention Ulithium_Dragon, the man who keeps ATF thread and forum clean, streamlined, and a friendly place. While HS is one of the few games he does NOT modify heavily, he has done a ton for our community since the very beginning. Three cheers for our ATF super moderator!
Milky
Milky may be one of the quieter ATF members, but he has a knack at character creation and posts great content every time he stops on by. Great work and hopefully more to cum! In fact his younger girls look even better!
Yamada
Yamada is hopefully well known on ATF as being one of the most stunning character creators. His girls have such amazing details and beauty. If you love lolicon then you must love this guy for his wonderful work! An early expert in the creation of stunning girls!
